By using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Definitions

• "NFT": A non-fungible token that is cryptographically unique and stored on a blockchain.

• "Wallet": A third-party crypto wallet required for transactions on the Service.

3. Eligibility

To use Artifakt, you must:

• Not reside in a country restricted by U.S. or international sanctions.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Wallet & Account Security

Artifakt does not provide wallets or hold NFTs. You are responsible for securing your wallet and private keys. If your wallet is compromised, Artifakt cannot recover your assets.

5. Transactions & Fees

• All NFT transactions occur on the blockchain and are irreversible.
• Users are responsible for gas fees and any applicable taxes.
• Artifakt may charge platform fees for certain services, which will be disclosed at checkout.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal purposes, including money laundering or fraud.
• Attempt to bypass security measures or exploit vulnerabilities.
• Engage in price manipulation, spam, or misleading listings.
• Upload or sell content that is illegal, harmful, or violates intellectual property laws.

7. Intellectual Property

Artifakt does not own or control NFTs or their associated content. Users are responsible for ensuring they have rights to any NFTs they list or trade.

8. No Financial Advice

Artifakt is not an investment platform. We do not guarantee future NFT value, liquidity, or usability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Artifakt is not liable for:

• Loss of funds due to user error, security breaches, or third-party wallet failures.
• Blockchain failures, forks, or other network-related issues.
• Acts of fraud by third-party sellers or buyers.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.

11. Modifications to the Service

We may update or discontinue features of the Service at any time without prior notice.

12. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws. By using the Service, you waive your right to a jury trial or class-action lawsuit.
