Refund Policy

At Artifakt ("we," "us," or "our"), we aim to provide a transparent and seamless experience for users purchasing digital assets on our platform, https://artifakt.tech ("Site"). Due to the nature of non-fungible tokens (NFTs) and blockchain technology, all transactions are final and non-reversible. As such, we do not generally offer refunds for NFT purchases.

However, refunds may be considered in exceptional cases where it can be provably demonstrated that a transaction was fraudulent.

2. No Refunds for Completed Transactions

By purchasing an NFT through Artifakt, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • NFT purchases are final: Once a transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, it cannot be reversed, canceled, or refunded.
  • Artifakt does not control blockchain transactions: Our platform facilitates NFT sales, but we do not hold custody of the NFTs or control any transfers.
  • Users are responsible for verifying details before completing a purchase.

As blockchain transactions are immutable, refunds cannot be processed due to buyer’s remorse, price fluctuations, or mistaken purchases.

3. Fraudulent Transactions

Refunds may be considered in cases where clear and provable fraud has occurred. Fraudulent transactions may include:

  • Unauthorized transactions resulting from hacked accounts.
  • The use of stolen payment methods to purchase NFTs.
  • Smart contract exploits that resulted in unintended transactions.

Proof Required for Fraudulent Transaction Claims

To request a refund for a fraudulent transaction, you must provide:

  • Detailed transaction information, including the blockchain transaction ID (TxID).
  • Proof of unauthorized activity, such as evidence of account compromise or stolen funds.
  • Relevant legal documentation, such as a police report (if applicable).
