At Artifakt ("we," "us," or "our"), we aim to provide a transparent and seamless experience for users purchasing digital assets on our platform, https://artifakt.tech ("Site"). Due to the nature of non-fungible tokens (NFTs) and blockchain technology, all transactions are final and non-reversible. As such, we do not generally offer refunds for NFT purchases.
However, refunds may be considered in exceptional cases where it can be provably demonstrated that a transaction was fraudulent.

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the transaction and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Artifakt reserves the right to decline refund requests if sufficient evidence of fraud is not provided.
Since NFTs are digital blockchain assets, chargebacks initiated through payment processors will not be accepted. If you believe a transaction was fraudulent, please follow the fraud refund request process outlined above.
