with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we have established this DMCA
Takedown Policy to address copyright infringement claims.

DMCA Takedown Notice as described below.
2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you are a copyright owner or an authorized representative, and you believe that content on Artifakt
infringes upon your copyright, please submit a written takedown request that includes the

3. Processing DMCA Takedown Notices
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice:
- We will review the claim and may temporarily remove or
restrict access to the allegedly infringing content.
- We will notify the user who posted the content and provide them with a copy of the
complaint.
- If applicable, the user may file a counter-notice to dispute the claim.
4. Filing a DMCA Counter-Notice
If you believe that your content was removed in error or is not infringing, you may submit a DMCA
Counter-Notice containing:
- Identification of the material removed and its previous location.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the
removal was a mistake or that you have legal authorization to use the content.
- Your contact details (name, address, phone number, and email).
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the United States federal court system,
or, if outside the U.S., the jurisdiction where Artifakt operates.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
How to Submit a DMCA Counter-Notice

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the removed content unless the original
complainant files a lawsuit within 10 business days.
5. Repeat Infringers Policy
Artifakt reserves the right to terminate or suspend users who repeatedly violate copyright
laws or submit fraudulent DMCA notices.
6. Limitation of Liability
By submitting a DMCA notice or counter-notice, you acknowledge that:
- You may be legally liable for false claims or misrepresentations.
- Artifakt is not responsible for content posted by third-party users.
